Steps to Make Pumpkin Porridge

Step 1
Pour water into a pot and add rice. Bring to a boil.
Step 2
Buy the smallest piece of pumpkin in the market. Peel the pumpkin, remove the seeds, and cut into pieces.
Step 3
Don’t cut the pumpkin into too small pieces. After the soup in the rice pot is cooked, put the pumpkin directly into it.
Step 4
Add the cut pumpkin into the pot. Cook until the pumpkin is soft.
Step 5
Then use a ladle to scoop up the pumpkin pieces, and use a spoon to press down on them to crush the pumpkin.
Step 6
This is how the crushed pumpkin looks like, then cook for another minute or two before serving.
Step 7
After crushing, cook for another 2 minutes before serving.
