Ingredients for Potato and Shrimp Salad

Shrimp 10 | Salad dressing 90g |

Instructions for Potato and Shrimp Salad

Step 1
Peel and chop the potatoes and carrots.
Step 2
Steam the potatoes and carrots with the eggs until the potatoes are cooked through.
Step 3
Mash the potatoes and carrots together, then add the mashed eggs.
Step 4
Peel and devein the shrimp, marinate with salt and cooking wine for 30 minutes. In a pot, add water, ginger, spring onions, and cooking wine. Bring to a boil, then add the marinated shrimp for 1 minute. Remove the shrimp and place in cold water.
Step 5
Cut the lettuce into pieces and mix with the shrimp on top of the mashed potatoes, then add the salad dressing and mix well.
