Recipe for Potato Lettuce Egg Salad

Step 1
Cut the lettuce into small pieces after washing and set aside.
Step 2
Chop the garlic cloves, mix with 3 tablespoons of chili powder, and 2 tablespoons of white sesame seeds.
Step 3
Heat a little oil and pour it over the chili powder to enhance the aroma. Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of salt, a little sugar, and mix well.

Steam the potatoes for 15-20 minutes, then peel and cut into pieces.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the potatoes until golden brown on both sides.

Fry until both sides are slightly browned, then set aside.

Stir-fry the lettuce in the pan.
