Steps to Make Scallion Meat Eggplant Sauce Mini Cat Ears

Step 1
Heat a pan with some oil, add fatty and lean pork mince, stir and break it apart, add some chopped garlic and coarse chili powder

Stir-fry until fragrant, drizzle some light soy sauce, white wine, to add color and remove any undesired flavors from the meat

When the pan is dry, add beautiful diced tomatoes, choose to add tomato sauce/paste/canned/sauce to enhance color and flavor

Stir in some tomato juice, add a little milk/fresh cream and half a bowl of water

Bring to a boil, then add mini cat ears or regular pasta according to personal preference and serving size
