Pork Loin 160g Rice 140g
Vegetables 260g Water As needed
Salt As needed Chicken Broth As needed

Dice the pork loin and add it to the pressure cooker with the rice. Add water according to personal preference (generally, for thick congee, use 1 cup of rice with 8 cups of water, for thinner congee, use 1 cup of rice with 12 cups of water);
