Instructions for Vegetable and Minced Meat Congee

Step 1
Dice the pork loin and add it to the pressure cooker with the rice. Add water according to personal preference (generally, for thick congee, use 1 cup of rice with 8 cups of water, for thinner congee, use 1 cup of rice with 12 cups of water);

Cover the pressure cooker with the lid, cook over high heat, then reduce to low heat and cook for about 10 minutes;
