Chinese cabbage 5 leaves | Sugar 1 spoon |

Steps for pickled Chinese cabbage

Step 1
1- Cut the Chinese cabbage into shreds and pickle it with salt. 2- Cut the garlic and chives into small pieces.
Step 2
1- Heat the pan and prepare hot oil. 2- Pour the minced garlic and chives into the squeezed Chinese cabbage, you can add a little dry chili or small spicy pepper for flavor.
Step 3
Directly pour the hot oil over it to bring out the fragrance.
