Recipe for Pepper Spare Ribs

Step 1
After washing the spare ribs and drying them, add crushed white peppercorns, thirteen spices, salt, starch, and oyster sauce. Mix well.

Then pour in peanut oil, mix well to lock in the moisture of the spare ribs. Marinate for at least half an hour.
