Recipe for Pepper Chicken

Step 1
Crush black peppercorns and white peppercorns in a 1:1 ratio, with some granules. Toast lightly and set aside.

Extract juice from green onions and ginger with a little water.

Prepare a packet of seasoning powder for baked chicken.

Clean and dry half of the chicken, then marinate it with the juice of green onions, a packet of seasoning powder for baked chicken, and half of the toasted pepper.

Coat the chicken evenly with the marinade, inside and out, then refrigerate overnight.

On the next day, thaw the chicken, then steam it in boiling water for half an hour.

After half an hour, remove from heat and let it cool.
