Premium soy sauce 3 tablespoons | Tai Tai Le fresh chicken broth seasoning 1/2 tablespoon |

Steps for Making Pearl Glutinous Rice Steamed Meatballs

Step 1
Prepare the ingredients. (Soak glutinous rice in water for 2 hours)
Step 2
Mix ground pork with salt and a tablespoon of vegetable oil.
Step 3
Add some Tai Tai Le fresh chicken broth seasoning.
Step 4
Add about 3 tablespoons of Tai Tai Le premium soy sauce. Stir well and marinate for about 15 minutes to infuse flavors.
Step 5
Shape the marinated meat mixture into balls.
Step 6
Coat the meatballs with glutinous rice and decorate with goji berries.
Step 7
Steam over high heat for about 30 minutes before serving.
