Cooking Method for Green Onion

Step 1
Cut the white part of the green onion into small pieces and string them together. Heat oil and add the green onion. Sprinkle a little salt and fry all four sides until they change color.
Step 2
Brush the fried green onion with Sha Cha sauce (dilute Sha Cha sauce with a little hot water).
Step 3
Sprinkle with barbecue seasoning before eating.
