Recipe for Oil Drizzled Enoki Mushrooms

Step 1
Rinse the Enoki mushrooms and boil them in a pot until cooked.
Step 2
Shred the carrots to add texture to the dish.

Add a suitable amount of salt.

Add a few drops of sesame oil and a spoon of rice vinegar.

Add 3 spoons of light soy sauce.

Add some shredded cucumber.
