Ingredients for Stir-Fried Yellow Beef

Main Ingredients Yellow beef 150g

Thai chili peppers 4 Solo garlic 2 heads

Soy sauce 1 tbsp Cornstarch 2 tsp
Cooking oil As needed Bowl Sauce
Oyster sauce 1 tbsp Rice wine 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp

Instructions for Stir-Fried Yellow Beef

Step 1

Slice the beef, add the seasoning mix (first 4 items) and knead until sticky, then add cornstarch and mix well before deep-frying. Remove the old leaves from the celery and cut into segments. Slice the Thai chili peppers.

Step 2

Heat oil in a pan and add the garlic slices.
