Steps to Make Mushroom and Mustard Green Bun

Step 1
Clean the mustard green, blanch in boiling water for one minute, with some edible salt added. Remove from water and cool in cold water, then chop.
Step 2
Blanch the mushrooms for two minutes, drain excess water, fry in a pan with oil until slightly browned. Add some light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt, and oyster sauce for seasoning. Remove from heat and let cool.
Step 3
Mix the cooled mushrooms with mustard green thoroughly, add salt to taste if desired.
Step 4
Let the buns rest for about ten minutes, then place in a steamer.
