Recipe for Mulberry Juice Yam Mud

Step 1
Peel the yam (be sure to wear gloves)
Step 2
Steam the yam, press into yam mud on a strainer, then add a bit of tasteless oil (I used grape seed oil), some milk, sugar, and a tiny bit of salt, mix well to make the yam mud smooth~

Shape the yam mud into a flame mountain in a plate, use a fork to create a better-looking texture~
Step 4
Take some frozen mulberries, add two spoons of honey, a bit of purified water, mix and squeeze into mulberry honey juice (to replace overly sweet blueberry jam sold outside)
Step 5
Pour the mulberry honey juice on the yam mud flame mountain
Step 6
You can add some diced fruits as decoration~

The finished product, super beautiful, a Chinese-style dessert with a spring feeling
