5 pickled string beans | 1 small piece of minced pork |

2 small dried chilies | 1 small piece of spring onion |

Method for Minced Meat and Pickled String Beans

Step 1
Wash the minced pork, cut it into small pieces, and use a food processor to grind it into minced meat. Set aside.

Wash the pickled string beans, cut them into small pieces.
Step 3
Finely chop the spring onion, garlic, dried chilies, and ginger and set aside.
Step 4
Bring some water to a boil, blanch the pickled string beans for one minute to remove the sour taste, then remove and set aside.

Melt the lard, stir-fry the minced meat until it changes color, then add Pixian bean paste and the chopped ingredients except for the spring onion, stir-fry until fragrant.

Add the blanched pickled string beans and spring onion, season with salt and chicken bouillon to taste, continue stir-frying for one minute to fully blend the flavors.
