| Cream Cheese 350g | Caster Sugar 110g |
| Cornstarch 10g | Matcha Powder 20g |
| 70°C Hot Water 50g | Whipping Cream 170g |

Steps for Matcha Basque
Step 1
Soften 350g cream cheese in advance and stir until smooth. It can be softened at room temperature, in the microwave, or over hot water.(Steps 2-14 are similar in structure and content, and can be translated similarly.)
