Cornstarch 10g Matcha Powder 20g
70°C Hot Water 50g Whipping Cream 170g
Eggs 3 Egg Yolks 2

Soften 350g cream cheese in advance and stir until smooth. It can be softened at room temperature, in the microwave, or over hot water.
