White Sugar 5g Gelatin Sheets 5g
Whole Milk 80ml Mango Flesh 150g

Peel the mango, take out 150g of the flesh, add 30g of whole milk, 5g of sugar, blend in a blender until smooth. (If you like it sweeter, you can add more sugar.)
