Steps to Make Mango Mousse Flowers

Step 1
Peel the mango, take out 150g of the flesh, add 30g of whole milk, 5g of sugar, blend in a blender until smooth. (If you like it sweeter, you can add more sugar.)
Step 2
Soak 5g of gelatin sheets in ice water until soft. Heat 50g of whole milk to around 60 degrees Celsius in a bowl, then add the softened gelatin to the warm milk and stir continuously until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
Step 3
Add the dissolved gelatin mixture to the mango puree and mix well.
Step 4
Pour the evenly mixed mango liquid into flower-shaped molds, transfer to the refrigerator and chill for 3 hours. Remove from the molds and enjoy the beautiful and delicious mango mousse flowers.
