Bean Sprouts 150g | Chinese Chives 1 bunch |
Egg 1 | Rice Vermicelli 1 bunch |
Dark Soy Sauce 1/2 tbsp | Salt 1g |
Chicken Bouillon 1g | Cooking Oil 15g |
Recipe for Stir-fried Mixed Vegetables

Step 1
Boil the rice vermicelli in advance, remove and rinse with cold water, add 1/2 tbsp of dark soy sauce for color

Wash the bean sprouts clean and remove the roots
Step 3
Heat 15g of cooking oil in the pan, add three eggs and scramble, then set aside

Stir-fry the chopped scallions, ginger, and chili until fragrant

Fry the bean sprouts until partially cooked
