Big Bones 6 pieces | Ginger Slices Some |
Cooking Wine Some | Salt Some |

Preparation of Light Big Bone Soup

Step 1
Put big bones, onions, and ginger in a pot of cold water, add some cooking wine, blanch
Step 2
Once water boils, skim off any foam
Step 3
Rinse big bones with hot water
Step 4
Put big bones, ginger in a clay pot, add boiling water, simmer over low heat for 35 minutes
Step 5
Add favorite shiitake mushrooms, enoki mushrooms, seafood mushrooms, simmer for another 5 minutes
Step 6
Add some salt and white pepper, turn off the heat
Step 7
Add spring onions, enjoy the light and delicious big bone soup
