Recipe for Lemon Chicken Feet

Step 1
Trim the nails of the chicken feet

Make cuts in the chicken feet for better flavor absorption
Step 3
Boil water with green onions, ginger, star anise, a little white wine or cooking wine, cover the pot and simmer for 10 minutes

Remove the cooked chicken feet, cool them down, and soak them in cold water

Prepare the ingredients (garlic, ginger, small chili peppers, onion, green chilies, lemon) and set aside

In a bowl, mix 8 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 2 tablespoons of sesame oil, 1/2 tablespoon of salt, and 2 tablespoons of white vinegar

Pour the prepared ingredients and seasonings over the chicken feet, mix well, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for about 6 hours for marinating.
