Cooking Steps for Lamb Chops with Lettuce

Step 1
Mix 60g apple, 60g onion, and 70g ginger and Sichuan peppercorn water into a paste for later use.
Step 2
Mix 25g light soy sauce, 8g oyster sauce, 10g cumin powder, 6g salt, 6g sugar, onion as needed, and the prepared apple paste with 60g cornstarch to create a sauce.
Step 3
Create decorative cuts on the lamb leg with a knife after washing with flour.
Step 4
Apply the prepared sauce on the lamb leg and marinate for more than 2 hours wrapped in aluminum foil.
Step 5
Bake at 200 degrees for an hour to set and lock in the juices.
Step 6
Open the aluminum foil, sprinkle with cumin and chili powder, bake at 230 degrees to remove excess oil, for 15-20 minutes.
