Steps to Make Kung Pao Chicken

Step 1
Cut the chicken breast into small cubes, spray oil, marinate with cooking wine, egg white, pepper, and starch for 10 to 15 minutes.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a pan, add slightly more oil, stir-fry the chicken until it changes color, then remove from the pan.
Step 3
Stir-fry garlic cloves and scallions until fragrant, add some dried chili and Sichuan peppercorns.

Add the chicken back and stir-fry, sprinkle a little salt.

Add the prepared ingredients to the pan, blanch the carrot cubes in boiling water beforehand.
