Vegetable Oil To Taste Chicken Essence 5g
Seasoning Water 250ml Light Soy Sauce 2 tbsp
Dark Soy Sauce 1 tbsp

Step 1

Add sugar and yeast to flour with water heated to 40 degrees. Knead the dough and let it rise to double its size.
