Ingredients for Cold Mixed Jellyfish
Guanli Apple Cider Vinegar 3 tbsp | Jellyfish 100g |
Cucumber 1 piece | Cilantro 1 sprig |
Garlic 3 cloves | Small Spicy Peppers 2 pieces |
Dried Red Chili 3 pieces | White Sesame Seeds a little |
Salt to taste | Wei Ji Xian Seasoning 2 tbsp |
Sugar 1 tsp | Peanut Oil to taste |
Recipe for Cold Mixed Jellyfish

Step 1
Prepare the ingredients; soak the jellyfish in cold water for 2 hours, rinse several times to remove the salt from the jellyfish;
Step 2
Bring water to a boil, but do not let it boil, keep it at 80-90 degrees, with small bubbles forming at the bottom of the pot, add the jellyfish, blanch for 20 seconds, then remove and drain excess water;
Step 3
Peel the cucumber and cut it into diagonal pieces, peel and wash the garlic and chop it finely, wash and cut the cilantro into sections, and slice the small spicy peppers;
Step 4
Prepare the sauce: in a bowl, add the dried chili, garlic, white sesame seeds, and heat up oil to release the fragrance, then add Wei Ji Xian seasoning, salt, Guanli apple cider vinegar, and mix well;
