Ingredients for Cold Mixed Jellyfish

Guanli Apple Cider Vinegar 3 tbsp Jellyfish 100g
Cucumber 1 piece Cilantro 1 sprig
Garlic 3 cloves Small Spicy Peppers 2 pieces
Dried Red Chili 3 pieces White Sesame Seeds a little
Salt to taste Wei Ji Xian Seasoning 2 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp Peanut Oil to taste

Prepare the ingredients; soak the jellyfish in cold water for 2 hours, rinse several times to remove the salt from the jellyfish;

Bring water to a boil, but do not let it boil, keep it at 80-90 degrees, with small bubbles forming at the bottom of the pot, add the jellyfish, blanch for 20 seconds, then remove and drain excess water;
