Heat the pan, stir-fry the green pepper until it changes color. Add a good amount of cooking oil (using cooked oil is recommended here) for a better texture.

Pour in an appropriate amount of oyster sauce, mild chili peppers, garlic, crushed preserved eggs, and light soy sauce (I use the Delicious Fresh brand) for more flavor. No need to add more salt as the soy sauce is tasty and salty. Stir-fry evenly.
