Recipe for Hungarian Braised Chicken

Step 1
Pierce the chicken legs with a toothpick.
Step 2
Marinate the chicken legs with black pepper, salt, and olive oil for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Cut the onion, carrot, and bell pepper into chunks and set aside.
Step 4
Heat oil and fry the chicken legs until golden brown on the surface, then set aside.

Stir-fry the vegetables until softened, then add a piece of butter and a little flour to mix well.

Bring some red wine to a boil, add the chicken legs, and add enough boiling water to cover the ingredients.

Add tomato sauce, paprika, black truffle sauce, sea salt, and black pepper for seasoning. Cover and simmer on low heat for 40 minutes.
