Recipe for Honey-glazed Chicken Thighs

Step 1
Clean three fresh whole chicken thighs with warm water and flour, cut flowers
Step 2
Quickly blanch the chicken thighs in boiling water, it is said that the skin will be crispy, but this step can actually be omitted
Step 3
Add two spoons of cooking wine, two spoons of soy sauce, one spoon of oyster sauce, black pepper powder, ginger slices, half a spoon of dark soy sauce, mix well (wear disposable gloves), marinate for about half an hour
Step 4
Forgot to take a picture when frying, heat oil in a flat-bottomed pan and fry the chicken thighs until slightly golden brown on both sides, pour in the marinated chicken thigh sauce, add half a bowl of boiled water, simmer on low heat with a lid on, flip halfway through, simmer until the sauce thickens, then flip again for another minute, cut into pieces, sprinkle with sesame seeds, drizzle with the sauce from the pan, delicious. If you want it crispy, preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake for 5 minutes, for three big chicken thighs, they are too big for one plate, so cut three small chicken thighs for the kids and freeze the rest for later. Just reheat when you want to eat them.
