Recipe for Tomato Beef Porridge

Step 1
Blanch the beef in hot water, then cut into minced meat.

Green vegetables, such as spinach or hollow vegetable, can be blanched in boiling water.

Peel and cut the tomatoes into chunks.

Wash the rice thoroughly.
Step 5
Using a deep pot, heat some oil, sauté the chopped onions until fragrant, then add the minced beef and stir-fry.

Add the tomatoes and continue to stir-fry until they release their juices. Then add boiling water, rice, cover and simmer. After a few minutes, stir with a spoon to avoid sticking to the bottom.
Step 7
It will take about 30 minutes to cook. When the rice is cooked and sticky, add the chopped green veggies.

Sprinkle a little pepper, salt, a drizzle of sesame oil, and mix well.
