Recipe for Home-cooked Stir-fried Garlic Sprouts with Meat

Step 1
Cut the pork belly into shreds, marinate in cooking wine, light soy sauce, and cornstarch for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Shred the carrot and set aside.
Step 3
Trim the garlic sprouts, leaving the middle part, cut into medium-sized segments, and place on a plate.
Step 4
Heat a wok with Grandma’s hometown small pressed rapeseed oil, stir-fry the marinated pork shreds until releasing fat.

Add green onions, ginger, and carrot shreds, stir-fry until slightly cooked.

Then add the garlic sprouts, season with 1 spoon of light soy sauce, 2g of salt, and 1g of chicken essence.

Stir-fry over high heat until well combined, before removing from heat, drizzle half a spoon of balsamic vinegar along the edges of the wok for a unique flavor.
