Recipe for Homemade Stir-Fried Garlic Sprouts with Smoked Bacon

Step 1
Slice the bacon, boil in water to remove excess saltiness, if not too salty can skip the boiling step. Prepare the garlic sprouts by cutting them into small pieces, separating the garlic head and garlic leaves as shown in the picture. Cut the dried chili into small pieces, and slice the ginger. Crush the garlic cloves.
Step 2
Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the bacon. If the bacon is lean, use more oil, if it is fatty, oil can be omitted. Once the bacon releases oil, stir-fry for about a minute, then add the ginger, garlic, and chili, stir-fry until fragrant. Add soy sauce and continue stir-frying.
Step 3
Add the garlic head and stir-fry for about 15 seconds, then add half a bowl of water and simmer for a few minutes.
Step 4
Add the garlic leaves and stir-fry, cover and cook until softened. Add chicken essence and stir-fry before serving.
