Recipe for Homemade Braised Chicken Feet

Step 1
Wash the chicken feet and trim the nails.
Step 2
Put the chicken feet in a pot, add water and bring to a boil.
Step 3
Skim off any foam.
Step 4
Remove the blanched chicken feet and set aside, prepare the whole spices.
Step 5
Heat a wok and add Grandma’s Hometown Small Pressed Rapeseed Oil.
Step 6
Add the whole spices and stir-fry to release the flavors, then add the chicken feet and stir-fry.
Step 7
Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, and stir-fry sauce, then stir-fry.
