Steps to Make Braised Tofu at Home

Step 1
Prepare the ingredients, a few slices of pork belly, a little ginger, fresh tofu, and a piece of star anise
Step 2
Heat the oil in a pot, fry the star anise until crispy, then remove
Step 3
After removing the star anise, directly add the pork belly to the pot. Don’t stir immediately after adding the pork belly, let it set for 20 seconds before stirring, to prevent sticking to the pot
