Here comes a delicious and easy-to-make seafood pot that doesn’t require any water.

Ingredients for Seafood Pot

Tomatoes 2-3 Longkou vermicelli a small handful
Garlic 20 cloves Bird’s eye chilies 5
Clams 150g Scallops 6
Prawns 6 Crabs 2
Oyster sauce 2 tbsp Light soy sauce 3 tbsp
Enoki mushrooms 100g

Step 1

Clean all the seafood and vegetables, cut off the roots of the enoki mushrooms. Place tomato chunks at the bottom of the clay pot!

Layer the enoki mushrooms on top of the tomatoes!

Place the soaked Longkou vermicelli on top of the enoki mushrooms!

Add the clams!

Add the scallops and crabs, sprinkle with pre-fried garlic sauce, place on the gas stove, open the lid for 10 minutes, and the seafood pot is ready!
