Black Pepper Salt to taste | Light Soy Sauce 3 tbsp |
Dark Soy Sauce 3 tbsp | Sugar 1 tbsp |

Black Truffle Sauce Braised Salmon Recipe

Step 1
Cut the salmon into small cubes and set aside.
Step 2
Mix 1 tbsp of black truffle sauce, 3 tbsp of dark soy sauce, 3 tbsp of light soy sauce, and 1 tbsp of sugar to prepare the sauce.
Step 3
Pan-fry the salmon until golden brown on the surface and set aside.
Step 4
In the same pan without washing, add shiitake mushrooms and water, simmer until cooked.
Step 5
Add the salmon cubes and the pre-prepared sauce with green onion segments to the pan, simmer until sauce thickens.
Step 6
Finally, sprinkle with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
