Grilled salmon with black truffle sauce.

Ingredients for Black Truffle Sauce Braised Salmon

Black Truffle Sauce 1-2 tbsp Salmon 300g
Black Pepper Salt to taste Light Soy Sauce 3 tbsp
Dark Soy Sauce 3 tbsp Sugar 1 tbsp
Oil to taste Green Onion some
Shiitake Mushrooms 10-15 pieces

Cut the salmon into small cubes and set aside.

Mix 1 tbsp of black truffle sauce, 3 tbsp of dark soy sauce, 3 tbsp of light soy sauce, and 1 tbsp of sugar to prepare the sauce.

Pan-fry the salmon until golden brown on the surface and set aside.

In the same pan without washing, add shiitake mushrooms and water, simmer until cooked.
