Grilled enoki mushrooms ~ Oven version.

Ingredients for Baked Enoki Mushroom

Enoki Mushroom 3 packs Garlic 1 and a half
Ginger A little Corn Oil Appropriate amount
Soy Sauce Appropriate amount Oyster Sauce A little
Sugar A little Cumin Powder Appropriate amount
Chili (optional) 1
