Enoki Mushroom 3 packs | Garlic 1 and a half |
Ginger A little | Corn Oil Appropriate amount |
Soy Sauce Appropriate amount | Oyster Sauce A little |
Sugar A little | Cumin Powder Appropriate amount |

Steps to Make Baked Enoki Mushroom

Step 1
Wash and dry the Enoki mushrooms, chop the garlic and ginger
Step 2
Heat oil in a cold wok, sauté half of the chopped garlic, then add the remaining ginger and garlic (if you like it spicy, add chopped chili), add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar, mix well and set aside
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees with both top and bottom heat. Evenly spread the sauce on the Enoki mushrooms, then sprinkle with cumin powder
Step 4
When halfway through baking, flip the Enoki mushrooms over
