Recipe for Green Bean Square

Step 1
Making Green Bean Filling: 1. Soak green beans in cold water overnight, then put in a rice cooker with a suitable amount of brown sugar, steam in rice mode until the beans are soft. 2. Pour the cooked beans into a non-stick pan, add 50g of butter, stir-fry over low heat until the water dries out. Let it cool and set aside.
Step 2
Bean Skin: Divide the flour into two halves. Pour half into a small amount of boiling water, stirring to form flocs. Put the other half with a spoon of yeast, a spoon of sugar, a little salt, mix with cold water, stirring to form flocs. Then mix the two portions of flour to form a smooth dough. Cover and let it rise to double in size, which takes about two hours.
Step 3
Form the bean filling into equal-sized balls with your hands. Divide the dough into small portions, roll them into thin sheets. Put the bean paste inside.
Step 4
First seal the edges tightly, then use a knife to pinch them into square shapes. This requires patience and skill.
Step 5
Brush a thin layer of oil on each side of the bean square, place it in an electric baking pan, use the auto-frying mode to fry until golden brown on both sides.
Step 6
Enjoy!
