Recipe for Gong Bao Chicken

Step 1
Cut the chicken breast, carrot, and cucumber into small cubes. Slice the spring onion and garlic. Prepare some peanuts and beat an egg.
Step 2
Marinate the chicken breast with the marinade, mix well, and marinate for 15 minutes with a top coat of oil.
Step 3
Prepare a bowl and mix the Gong Bao sauce ingredients in the correct proportions.
Step 4
Heat oil in a pan, add the marinated chicken breast.
Step 5
Stir-fry until cooked, then set aside.

Heat oil in another pan, add spring onion, garlic, and dried chili to stir-fry until fragrant.

Add the carrot and continue stir-frying.

Add the chicken cubes and stir-fry.

Add the cucumber cubes and continue stir-frying.

Finally, add the peanuts and stir-fry.

Add the pre-prepared Gong Bao sauce and stir-fry until the sauce thickens. Remove from heat.
