Ingredients for Enoki Mushroom and Oyster Pot
Enoki Mushroom 200g | Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp |
Water 50ml | Garlic 2 cloves |
Scallion As needed | Ground Meat 50g |
Soy Sauce 1 tbsp | Pepper As needed |
Recipe for Enoki Mushroom and Oyster Pot

Step 1
Prepare a pack of Enoki mushrooms and chop a large head of garlic.
Step 2
Wash the oysters, add some flour for easier cleaning.
Step 3
Heat oil and add ground meat.
Step 4
Add chopped garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
Step 5
Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, pepper, and half a bowl of water.
Step 6
Place Enoki mushrooms in a clay pot.
Step 7
Place the oysters on top.
Step 8
Pour the seasonings in together.
Step 9
Cover and simmer for about 5 minutes, then add chopped scallions and simmer for another 2 minutes before serving.
