Golden Needle mushroom and oyster pot

Enoki Mushroom 200g Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp
Water 50ml Garlic 2 cloves
Scallion As needed Ground Meat 50g
Soy Sauce 1 tbsp Pepper As needed

Step 1

Prepare a pack of Enoki mushrooms and chop a large head of garlic.

Wash the oysters, add some flour for easier cleaning.

Heat oil and add ground meat.
