Method for Garlic Vermicelli Shrimp Casserole

Step 1
Peel and devein the shrimp, slice the back of the shrimp, marinate with cooking wine and light soy sauce for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Stir-fry minced garlic with oil, add plenty of minced garlic, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar.
Step 3
Add a layer of oil to the casserole, place baby bok choy at the bottom, layer with soaked vermicelli, and shrimp at the front.
