Ingredients for Garlic Vermicelli Shrimp

Shrimp 16 Longkou Vermicelli 1 bunch
Soy Sauce 2 tbsp Garlic 1 head
Bird’s Eye Chili 2 Green Onion 1 stalk
Salt 1 tbsp Oil 2 tbsp
Dark Soy Sauce 1 tbsp Cooking Wine 1 tbsp
Ginger 5 slices Vinegar 1 tbsp

Steps for Making Garlic Vermicelli Shrimp

Soak the vermicelli in water.

Peel and devein the shrimp, marinate with cooking wine.

Chop the green onion, ginger, garlic, and chili finely.
