Steps for Making Garlic Vermicelli Shrimp

Step 1
Soak the vermicelli in water.
Step 2
Peel and devein the shrimp, marinate with cooking wine.
Step 3
Chop the green onion, ginger, garlic, and chili finely.
Step 4
Heat oil in a pan, add vinegar, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt, and any other desired seasonings.
Step 5
Marinate the shrimp with the seasoning mixture.
Step 6
Arrange the vermicelli in the pan and place the shrimp on top.
