Steps for Garlic Stir-Fried Broccoli

Step 1
Cut and wash the broccoli, chop the garlic, and slice the carrot for later use.
Step 2
Boil the broccoli and carrot in a pot of hot water, then remove and drain for later use.
Step 3
Heat the Golden Canola Oil in a pan, stir fry the garlic until fragrant, then add the boiled broccoli, carrot, salt, starch mixed with water, and stir-fry on high heat.
