Recipe for Garlic Spare Ribs

Step 1
It is best to buy spare ribs and use flour to help clean off any blood. Drain the water or pat dry.
Step 2
Julienne ginger, minced garlic, add 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce, 3 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of cooking wine, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 2 tablespoons of cornstarch, black pepper (if the taste is too light, you can add a little sea salt or a pinch of salt) Adjust the seasoning ratio according to the quantity of spare ribs, you can also mix it well and taste it lightly.
Step 3
Mix well, marinate for one hour.
Step 4
Add a little water to the air fryer (not too much, it may overflow).
Step 5
Cook at 180 degrees for 20 minutes, flip halfway through (you can adjust the duration according to the power of your air fryer).
Step 6
Sprinkle a little cumin after removing from the air fryer, it adds a nice flavor.
