Recipe for Garlic Potato and Zucchini

Step 1
Heat some oil in a pan, slice the potato according to your preference and spread them out evenly

Slightly pan fry the slices over low to medium heat, flip them over and add a few large cloves of garlic

Arrange the zucchini slices, drizzle with soy sauce to add color and flavor

Stir everything together, add a bit of water, cover and let the potato and zucchini slices cook, around 1-2 minutes
