River Shrimp 200g | Ginger 3 slices |

Steps to Cook Oil-Burst River Shrimp

Step 1
Put all the above ingredients into the washed river shrimp, mix well and set aside
Step 2
Dice all the ingredients, can substitute carrots with bell peppers
Step 3
Heat oil in a pan, add the river shrimp over medium-low heat, slowly stir-fry until the surface is crispy

When the river shrimp is stir-fried well, drain the oil and set aside
Step 5
Leave a little oil in the pan and add the diced ingredients

After stir-frying the ingredients until soft, add the river shrimp and stir-fry over high heat for 1-2 minutes
