Recipe for Pot-wrapped Big Shrimp

Step 1
1. Thaw the big shrimp naturally. 2. Remove the head and shell of the shrimp, leaving the tail. 3. Cut through the back to remove the shrimp line. 4. Cut with a knife into a cross flower cut to prevent curling during frying.
Step 2
