Boil the pig’s blood in cold water for 2 minutes, then drain

Pour Grandma’s Hometown cold-pressed rapeseed oil into the wok

Saute the spring onion, ginger slices, and some garlic chive whites in low heat, then add light soy sauce to bring out the aroma
