Steps to Make Fried Oat Noodles

Step 1
Boil water in a pot, blanch the oat noodles, then drain and set aside.
Step 2
Heat oil in a pan, stir-fry Sichuan peppercorn powder until fragrant, then add the shredded pork belly and stir-fry until it changes color.
Step 3
Add minced garlic, red bell pepper, and dark soy sauce, stir-fry until fragrant.
