fried instant noodles

Ingredients for Stir-fried Instant Noodles

Instant Noodles 2 packs Ham Sausage 3 pieces
Eggs 3 pieces Baby Bok Choy 1 head
Light Soy Sauce As needed Dark Soy Sauce As needed
Chopped Spring Onions As needed

Recipe for Stir-fried Instant Noodles

Boil the instant noodles until they loosen up, no need to cook for a long time

While cooking the noodles, slice the ham sausage, baby bok choy, and chop some spring onions

After the noodles loosen up, drain them and rinse with cold water, then drain well

Toss the drained noodles with some dark soy sauce

Heat some oil in a pan
