Recipe for Stir-fried Green Wheat and Eggs

Step 1
Boil the green wheat in water for 10-15 minutes, then drain and rinse with cold water. Filter out excess water.
Step 2
Scramble the eggs and set aside.
Step 3
In a frying pan, add a little oil, then add green onion, ginger, garlic, green wheat, and black fungus. Stir-fry evenly.
