Instructions for Ice Flower Pan-fried Dumplings

Step 1
Mix half of the flour with boiling water and the other half with cold water to form a smooth dough, let it rest for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Wash and dry the Chinese chives, then finely chop them.
Step 3
Beat the eggs in a bowl.
Step 4
Heat the pan and add Grandma’s Village Small Rapeseed Oil.
Step 5
Pour in the beaten eggs, stir-fry until cooked, then set aside.

Put the Chinese chives, eggs, and dried shrimp into a large bowl, add an appropriate amount of Grandma’s Village Small Rapeseed Oil, salt, and chicken essence, then mix well.

Mix well.

Knead the dough until smooth, roll it into a long strip, cut it into even pieces, flatten and roll into dumpling wrappers, then wrap the filling (shape of the dumplings can be random).
